Mmangaliso is a Ladysmith born singer and songwriters and recording artist whose story is no different from many singers, especially those in the gospel space. Mmangaliso has earned her singing stripes in church and considers that space as her training ground not only in music but in ministry as well.
She fell more in love with music in her varsity days in Bloemfontein, Free State, where she started being a background singer for local artists.

In 2019 she took a step and entered the treasured national singing competition Idols SA where she showcased her talent. This saw her sailing all the way through to the top 7 of season 15 of the competition. After her run on Idols SA she entered and won the Nqubeko Mbatha talent search in 2022 giving her a chance to record her very first single " Haleluya Uyingcwele". She was then signed to South African Gospel label Koko Records joining the likes of Nqubeko Mbatha, Ayanda Ntanzi and Ntokozo Mbambo. She has since continued to dedicate her life to singing and ministry with her latest single “Ruler of Everything” which she also released and official music video for, and her debut album “Living Word”.

Mmangaliso was nominated at the 17th Crown Gospel as “Best Newcomer” making it her very first industry nomination. As her ministry widens, her only wish is that people's lives be transformed through the God who dwells on the praises of His people
